Questions and answers about your visit to Plopsa Station Antwerp

Measures in the park

Do I need a Covid Safe Ticket (European digital corona certificate) to visit the park?
All visitors over 16 years old need a Covid Safe Ticket (European digital corona certificate) to visit Plopsa Station Antwerp. Your Covid Safe Ticket will be checked at the entrance of the park. So be sure to have your Covid Safe Ticket, identity card, ticket or season ticket and your reservation ready.

Do I need to reserve my visit?
Booking your visit is required if you have yet to buy tickets or have a Plopsa annual pass. You can simply reserve your visit online. If you have already bought a ticket, then you don't need to reserve your visit. We will take this into account in terms of capacity.

What measures apply in the park?
A mouth mask is compulsory in the entire park for all visitors aged 6 and over. Visitors always have to keep 1.5 metres distance from other visitors.

What is a Covid Safe Ticket?
The Covid Safe Ticket, digital or printed, is a certificate in the form of a QR code that you receive when you:

  • have been fully vaccinated for at least 2 weeks (vaccination certificate)
  • have passed a negative PCR test or antigen test (Ag) at an accredited test centre (not older than 72 hours)
  • have recovered from COVID-19 and have a recovery certificate

You will need the QR code from your Covid Safe Ticket at the entrance of the Plopsa parks. A negative self-test or any other test is not valid proof and will not be accepted.

I do not have a Covid Safe Ticket, what should I do with my tickets?
A visit to the Plopsa Station Antwerp is only possible with a Covid Safe Ticket. Are you not vaccinated or do you not wish to take a PCR test and do you therefore not have a valid Covid Safe Ticket? Then you can move your reserved tickets free of charge to a later date, until 31 December 2022. You can do this here.

If you are not allowed to be vaccinated or tested for medical reasons, you can visit the park without a Covid Safe Ticket on production of an official certificate confirming this.

I don't have a Covid Safe Ticket, what happens to my annual pass?
Your Plopsa annual pass will remain valid and you can continue to visit the Plopsa parks in combination with a valid Covid Safe Ticket. Don't have a Covid Safe Ticket? It's not possible to receive any compensation: your Plopsa annual pass cannot be extended, paused or refunded as the Plopsa parks are open.

Can I use the discount with my Plopsa season ticket at other amusement parks and animal parks during the period of corona measures?
Yes, but not (yet) at all the amusement parks and zoos communicated earlier. You will also need to book that visit in advance. Click on the park in the overview to find out how to make use of the discount.

Can I make use of the discount when buying tickets to a Plopsa park with my season ticket from another theme park or animal park (non-Plopsa)?
Yes, but not (yet) with all season tickets from the amusement parks and animal parks communicated earlier.
